Job summary

Vocca, Paris-based, seeks a Head of Talent Acquisition to own recruiting across France and the US, targeting 60–80 hires per year. You’ll define strategy with the founders, build a TA team, and lead the toughest hires to power growth.

You’ll develop a playbook, tooling, and KPIs, deploy an AI recruiting strategy, and coach hiring managers. This multi-country, high-velocity role carries executive accountability and a real business impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in recruiting, including building and leading a TA team in a scaling tech company.
• Experience deploying AI tools in a real recruiting workflow.
• Fluent in French and English, based in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Refine the recruiting operating model with the founders.
• Translate the business plan into a hiring plan and a team budget, then own both.
• Hire your own team (5 to 6 recruiters by end of 2027) across countries and set the freelance vs permanent mix.
• Train your recruiters until autonomous, structure the team, and develop direct reports.
• Define and own Vocca’s AI strategy for recruiting, from sourcing to closing.
• Recruit senior and critical roles yourself, especially in the US.
• Build direct sourcing channels and run end-to-end processes.
