Job summary

Diabolocom in Paris is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the HR team. You will manage recruitment end-to-end, from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and closing hires.

The role focuses on recruiting technical and highly specialized profiles across Software Engineering, AI/Research, Infrastructure, and leadership roles. You will collaborate with experienced hiring managers and senior leaders, adapt approaches to each stakeholder, and ensure timely

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition
• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment
• Experience recruiting technical/complex profiles (Software Engineers, AI/Data, Infrastructure)
• Direct sourcing and headhunting with LinkedIn Recruiter/Boolean searches
• Experience with senior leaders and C-level stakeholders
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience recruiting across several European markets is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from A to Z (briefing, sourcing, interviews, selection, offer, contract)
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective sourcing strategies
• Recruit across technical/complex profiles, including leadership roles
• Direct sourcing and headhunting of passive candidates
• Build talent pools and explore new sourcing channels
• Conduct structured interviews to assess fit and motivations
• Provide hiring managers with clear assessments and recommendations
• Maintain candidate communications and a professional candidate experience
• Coordinate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams for process improvements
• Keep ATS data accurate and up to date and monitor recruitment KPIs
• Share market insights on availability, compensation, and competition
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in TA (sourcing, interviews, automation)
• Collaborate with TA and HR teams and share knowledge and best practices
