United States Digital Space LLC in Paris, France, seeks a Global VP of Talent Acquisition to drive the AI-native shift and design a scalable, data-driven TA function across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will partner with the executive team and hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while ensuring efficient, candidate-centric processes.

This role prioritizes DEI, compliance with local labor laws, and building a world-class employer brand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in senior TA leadership (VP/Head of TA) at a SaaS or high-growth AI company.
• Experience building and scaling global TA functions across multiple regions (US, Europe).
• Track record of personally hiring C-Levels.
• Hands-on with strategic, big-picture thinking and deep cross-cultural team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the global talent acquisition strategy across regions.
• Lead a global TA team including regional leads, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Personally hire senior C-level roles with the CEO.
• Design and improve AI-enabled recruiting processes, workflows, and SLAs.
