Job summary

Joko, a Paris-based AI shopping app, seeks a Head of Talent Acquisition to scale the TA function from 100+ to 200+ people in 18 months and beyond. You will own recruitment strategy, build a global team, and partner with founders and leaders to shape our growth trajectory in a fast, international environment.

Lead with modern tooling (Ashby, Claude, Claap) and drive AI-powered sourcing, employer branding, and streamlined recruitment processes across France, Spain, and the US.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Talent Acquisition teams.
• Experience scaling hiring in fast-growing, international companies.
• Strong knowledge of AI in TA and modern sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the TA team to scale headcount from 100+ to 200+ within 18 months.
• Define and own recruiting strategy across inbound/outbound, RPO, and tooling.
• Recruit senior and critical roles personally while enabling the team.
• Define and drive an AI-powered recruiting strategy and employer branding initiatives.
