Job summary

Parallel is building AI agents to automate healthcare administration. We’re expanding our Paris team with a recruiter who will lead tech-hiring for Senior Fullstack, Forward Deployed, and AI Engineers.

You will partner with our Talent Lead to source top talent, own the end-to-end process in Ashby, and strengthen our employer brand while shaping hiring strategy. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in recruiting, strong tech headhunting, and a sales-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong headhunting experience for tech profiles.
• In-house recruiting experience is preferred.
• Sales-driven with a winning mindset.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Hire the best tech talent by aligning with Hiring Managers and publishing job offers.
• Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels, with headhunting focus.
• Assess candidates and run end-to-end hiring processes in Ashby up to offer.

At Parallel, we build AI agents to help healthcare facilities automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding.

Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost in manual, repetitive administrative work. Legacy software hasn’t helped, it’s made things slower, more complex, and more frustrating for care teams.

We believe AI agents can change that. Our technology combines Large Language Models with system-level automation to handle real work inside existing hospital tools. No integrations, no disruption.

Context

This role is open to support an ambitious hiring goal: growing the team by 50%.

You will join a team of three recruiters, alongside Léa, our Talent Lead, with whom you will work hand in hand. The priority of the role is hiring tech profiles: Senior Fullstack Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Engineers.

Your missions

Hire the best tech talent

• Gather hiring needs with Hiring Managers, co-build scorecards, then write and publish job offers.

• Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels, with a strong focus on headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events).

• Assess candidates and run hiring processes end to end in Ashby, through to the offer.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every step.

Support Hiring Managers

• Be their point of contact and help them define their team strategy through hiring.

Contribute to the recruiting team

• Contribute, alongside Léa, to improving our hiring processes and our employer brand.

You you are :

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting.

• Solid headhunting experience, especially on tech profiles, ideally gained in a SaaS company with a strong tech component.

• In-house recruiting experience is preferred.

• A sales mindset and the drive to win.

• Strong rigor, including in writing.

• Ideally, a good level of English.
