Job summary

Joko is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruitment across all functions and build scalable processes as we grow from 100 to 250+ people. You will partner with engineers, product, sales, and marketing, leveraging AI tools and a modern tech stack to attract top talent.

You will lead outbound outreach, train interviewers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience, while shaping the TA function for an expanding global footprint including France, Spain, and the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, agency or in-house.
• Strong sales instinct to persuade candidates.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Curious and experimental with AI in daily workflow.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring end to end across all functions.
• Source like it’s a craft using AI tools and outbound campaigns.
• Be a real partner to hiring managers and train interviewers.
• Deliver a top-tier candidate experience throughout the process.
• Help build and shape the TA function with process and AI workflows.
