Joko, Paris-based AI shopping app, is expanding its Talent Acquisition team. We seek a recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for tech, product, design, and business roles, build talent pipelines with AI-powered tools, and partner with managers to raise interview quality.

You will help scale the TA function from 1 to 5 recruiters and drive a strong candidate experience across a growing international footprint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition or agency recruiting for tech clients
• Experience running full-cycle recruitment across tech and non-technical roles
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end hiring across functions: tech, product, design, business
• Source proactively with outbound campaigns and AI tools
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and interview processes
• Deliver a standout candidate experience from sourcing to offer
• Help scale the TA function from 1 to 5 recruiters by year end
