Joko in Paris is seeking a Head of People Operations to build the operational backbone for rapid headcount growth. You will lead a small but growing team, own core processes across France, Spain, and the US, and drive automation with AI while ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace Management to enable scalable, reliable People Ops across multiple markets.

Formación

• 8+ years in People Operations or HR
• Built or rebuilt a People Ops function
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus
• Strong data quality and HRIS ownership
• Analytical mindset with reporting skills
• Discretion and high standards in People Ops

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the People Ops team across countries.
• Own payroll, contracts, benefits, time off, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Plan for scale with country playbooks and workforce reporting.
• Own HRIS and people data; automate with AI and BizOps support.
• Ensure compliance with French and Spanish labor law; prepare for audits.
• Deliver a humane employee experience and partner across Finance, Legal, Talent and Workplace.
