Vocca is hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to design and own the recruitment function as the company scales to 60-80 hires per year across France and the US. You’ll build the TA team, set strategy with the founders, and own the toughest hires from sourcing to closing.

Based in Paris and fluent in French and English, you will deploy an AI-driven recruitment approach, establish KPIs, and partner with executives to align hiring with business goals.

Competenze

• 6+ years in recruiting and building/leading a TA team in a scaling tech company.
• Deployed AI tools in recruiting workflows and can articulate learnings from both success and failure.
• Fluent in French and English, based in Paris, with ability to operate across France and the US.

Mansioni

• Define and own Vocca's recruiting operating model in collaboration with founders.
• Translate business plans into a hiring plan and budget; own both.
• Hire and lead a TA team (5–6 recruiters by end of 2027) across countries.
• Build playbooks, tooling, scorecards, referrals, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Define and own Vocca's AI strategy for recruiting from sourcing to closing.
