Job summary

Joko is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead the TA function as the company scales from 100+ to 200+ employees in 18 months, with an international footprint across France, Spain, and the US.

You will own talent strategy, build the team, and drive AI-enabled recruiting while shaping the employer brand globally. Based in Paris or Barcelona, you’ll work in a fast-moving, high-density talent environment.

Qualifications

• Experience standing up or rebuilding a TA function is highly valued.
• Coaching and developing recruiters is important.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the TA team, hiring recruiters and shaping the function.
• Define recruitment strategy: inbound, outbound, tooling, and process.
• Recruit senior and critical roles directly and manage the desk when needed.
• Build a global AI strategy for recruiting and scale international employer branding.
• Drive an international employer brand across markets (France, Spain, US).
