Job summary

Joko is looking for a Talent Associate Intern to join our Talent team. You will own sourcing and candidate operations for multiple roles, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the broader team.

You will experiment with AI in TA, participate in employer branding projects, and help build a world-class hiring process in a fast‑growing company. The internship emphasizes ownership from day one and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• You are a student in a top program (business, engineering, or equivalent) seeking a 6‑month internship.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, or fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
• You show drive, judgment, and hustle with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for live roles: identify, map, and reach out to candidates; build target lists and outreach sequences.
• Screen and qualify inbound candidates; provide structured feedback to hiring managers.
• Support the full recruiting funnel: coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and ensure a smooth experience.
• Experiment with AI in TA: test AI tools for sourcing and screening and share learnings with the team.
• Contribute to broader Talent projects, including employer branding and tooling improvements.
