Joko USA Inc. is scaling its Talent Acquisition team as it grows from 100 to 250 people across France, Spain, and the US. You will own full-cycle recruitment, shaping the process with AI tools and a strong emphasis on candidate experience and hiring partner collaboration.

We seek a recruiter who thrives on a high bar, embraces experimentation with AI, and can partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring plans and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• First experience in recruitment, agency or in-house.
• Sales-oriented recruitment in a startup environment.
• High-bar mindset with demanding hiring managers.
• Curious and experimental about AI in daily workflow.
• Business partner posture with hiring managers.
• Structured, funnel-focused mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own hiring end to end across all functions: tech, product, design, and business.
• Source proactively with outbound campaigns and AI-enabled sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers: co-create job descriptions, train interviewers, debrief to raise interview quality.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience: fast, honest, and specific feedback to all candidates.
• Help build the TA function: shape processes, tooling, AI workflows, and interviewer training.
