Joko, a Paris-founded AI shopping app, is expanding internationally with a strong US focus. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruitment across tech, product, and business functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines with AI tooling, and help scale the TA function from 1 to 5 recruiters by year end. You’ll join a fast-growing team spanning Paris, Barcelona, and New York, with flexible remote options and a culture built around talent density and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition or agency recruiting for tech roles.
• Experience running full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, design, and business roles.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines with AI-enabled sourcing tools.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end hiring across all functions, from kickoff to closing.
• Source proactively with outbound campaigns and talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and interview plans.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Joko's high bar.
• Help scale the TA function from 1 to 5 recruiters by year end.
