Joko in Paris is hiring a Talent Acquisition leader to build and scale the recruiting function globally. You will recruit senior roles, define the recruitment strategy across inbound/outbound channels, and own an AI-powered TA roadmap to stay competitive as we expand into the US and Europe.

You will lead with a strong, data-driven approach, develop recruiters, and build an employer brand that resonates in multiple markets while partnering with founders and the Talent team.

• Experience: stood up a TA function or rebuilt one and operated across orgs.
• Coaching mindset: develop recruiters and growth

• Ops-oriented: measure funnel, capacity, and performance
• Strong TA craft: sourcing and evaluation
• Analytical skills: reason with data and funnel metrics

• AI curiosity: hands-on with deploying AI tools in TA
• International scope: recruiting across geographies and markets
• Location: based in Paris
• Languages: fluent French and English; Spanish a plus

Responsabilités

• Build and own the TA team: hire recruiters, coach, and grow the team.
• Define how Joko recruits: inbound/outbound, RPO, agencies, tooling, and process.
• Recruit senior roles and own critical hires.
• Build a global AI strategy for recruiting and drive tech-enabled sourcing.
• Drive an international employer brand and align with multiple markets.
