Joko in Paris is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead the TA function as the company scales from 100+ to 200+ employees in 18 months, with a global footprint including France, Spain, and the US.

You will own the TA strategy, refine inbound/outbound sourcing, and partner with founders and hiring managers to attract top talent while driving an AI-enabled, high-performance hiring culture.

Qualifications

• Experience building or rebuilding a Talent Acquisition function.
• Coaching mindset to develop recruiters and teams.
• High-bar mindset; ability to push back on mediocre candidates.
• Ops-oriented and performance-driven with funnel metrics.
• Strong craft in TA; know inbound vs outbound sourcing.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making for hiring.
• Attention to detail in every touchpoint with candidates.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in fast-moving environments.
• Curious and experimental about AI in recruitment.
• International recruiting across geographies.
• Location: Paris or Barcelona (based in Europe).
• Education: track record matters more than credentials.
• Languages: fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the TA team, hiring recruiters and scaling the function.
• Define how Joko recruits: inbound, outbound, RPO, agency relationships, tooling and processes.
• Recruit senior and critical roles personally and when to delegate.
• Build a global AI strategy for recruiting and leverage AI as a competitive advantage.
• Drive an international employer brand with focus on France, Spain, and the US.
• Partner with founders, hiring managers and the broader People team.
