Joko, a Paris-based AI shopping app, is seeking a Talent Associate Intern to help build a world-class recruiting function. You’ll own sourcing, screen candidates, and support the full funnel alongside a small, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Student in a top program seeking a 6-month internship.
• Fluent in French and comfortable working in English day-to-day.

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing for live roles: identify, map, and reach out to candidates via LinkedIn, build target lists and outreach sequences.
• Screen and qualify inbound candidates: review applications, run first-touch screens, provide structured feedback.
• Support the full recruiting funnel: schedule interviews, prep candidates, coordinate debriefs, ensure a smooth experience.
• Experiment with AI in TA: test AI tools for sourcing and screening, share what works.
• Contribute to broader Talent projects: employer branding, tooling improvements, or process design.
