H Company in Paris is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to strengthen our Operations team and elevate our recruitment function in a fast-growing, international environment. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from role definition and sourcing to interviews and onboarding—while shaping processes and advising senior leadership on talent priorities.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally across tech, engineering, or deeptech roles.
• Strong expertise in advanced sourcing, talent hunting, and structured interview methodologies.
• Experience in scale-up settings and using automation to manage heavy workloads (>20 interviews/week).
• Comfort recruiting for international, fast-growing contexts and evolving needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with credibility when engaging top-tier candidates.
• Autonomous, proactive, highly organized with a delivery mindset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruitment strategy and planning to build a bold, global talent pipeline for research, engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
• Partner with managers to anticipate needs, define roles, and set hiring priorities.
• Craft compelling job descriptions reflecting H Company’s culture of excellence and innovation; ensure visibility on relevant international platforms.
• Guide managers on rigorous evaluation and decisive hiring; negotiate offers and drive closing with speed.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; source elite talent across engineering, research, operations, and business.
• Lead interview stages with structured, data-driven methods and optimize recruitment processes for speed and quality.
