Joko USA Inc. is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a global TA function. You will partner with founders and the VP People to scale from 100+ to 200+ employees across France, Spain, and the US, shaping AI-driven recruiting and an international employer brand.

You will drive sourcing, coaching, and process design while balancing hands-on and strategic leadership. Based in Paris with a flexible remote setup, you’ll own the talent craft at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience standing up a TA function or rebuilding one.
• Ability to operate in 0-to-1 and best-in-class modes.
• Strong coaching mindset for recruiters and managers.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the TA team with recruiters and managers.
• Define inbound/outbound, RPO, tooling, and standards across the function.
• Recruit senior and critical roles directly when needed.
• Define and roll out an AI strategy for TA to automate parts of the funnel.
• Drive an international employer brand and multi-market reach.
