We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our fully remote, international team and help us build the next generation of talent at GreenTomatoMedia.

What You’ll Do

As Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving full‑cycle recruitment for GTM’s global teams while also amplifying our employer brand across digital channels. You’ll be both a strategic partner to our hiring managers and a brand storyteller — shaping how GTM attracts, engages, and hires top talent worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Lead end‑to‑end hiring across departments — from tech and marketing to media and operations.
  • Design tailored hiring strategies to attract the right profiles for each team and market.
  • Source, engage, and nurture top talent globally through proactive headhunting and creative sourcing.
  • Maintain and optimize BambooHR ATS pipelines, ensuring clean data and strong candidate visibility.
Partner strategically with hiring managers
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide market insights, including salary benchmarks and competition analysis.
  • Coach managers on structured interviewing and decision‑making to ensure a fair, data‑driven process.
Enhance the candidate experience
  • Ensure every interaction reflects GTM’s values: Taking action, Candor, and A‑Player Mentality.
  • Communicate transparently and promptly with candidates, maintaining a world‑class experience.
  • Be an ambassador for GTM’s culture in every conversation — making candidates want to be part of the story.
Elevate our employer brand
  • Manage and grow GTM’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, planning authentic and engaging content that showcases our people and culture.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to craft stories that highlight our wins, team moments, and growth journey.
  • Bring creative ideas for content campaigns that attract great talent and reflect who we are.
  • Track social and brand engagement to continuously evolve our employer visibility.
Optimize and scale our recruitment processes
  • Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and quality.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.
  • Document best practices and help the TA team scale sustainably as GTM continues to grow.
Who We’re Looking For

You’re a hands‑on, high‑impact recruiter who understands how to connect business goals with people strategy. You combine data‑driven decision‑making with genuine curiosity for people and storytelling.

Must‑Have
  • Based in Europe or West Asia, with experience in international, remote hiring.
  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment in fast‑growing digital, tech, or iGaming companies.
  • Proven success hiring across marketing, creative, or iGaming functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially for crafting engaging social content.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience recruiting for remote‑first companies.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience managing company pages on LinkedIn or Instagram.
  • Familiarity with BambooHR ATS or similar systems.
  • Understanding of talent analytics and content performance metrics.
  • Passion for building employer brands in competitive global markets.

Fully remote. Preference for candidates based in Europe or West Asia for timezone alignment.
