Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a Swedish Speaking Mobile Support Specialist to assist Swedish-speaking clients with mobile device queries and technical challenges. You will provide support via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions in the CRM system.

The role requires strong communication, diagnostic skills, and the ability to work remotely. A background in mobile support is desirable, and relocation and training benefits are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in mobile support or technical support is desirable.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mobile devices.
• Outstanding customer service abilities and clear communication with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with mobile apps and relevant support tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and stay professionally engaged.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile device inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile apps, connectivity, and device configurations.
• Guide customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and offer tailored solutions.
• Document all interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams and improve support processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Stay informed about mobile technology trends to enhance support capabilities.
