Nomadify is seeking a customer service professional to support German-speaking customers on-site in Paris. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, accurate, and professional service aligned with SLAs.

You will document interactions in CRM systems, escalate complex cases as needed, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Relocation support may be provided, and a structured onboarding program is included.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer orientation.
• Open to relocation and on-site work.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support in line with SLAs.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately within CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal stakeholders when required.
