The Peninsula Paris is seeking a supervisor for the Lobby Restaurant to lead service excellence in a Five-Star luxury setting in central Paris. You will oversee the setup, ensure smooth service, and supervise the team to maintain impeccable standards and guest satisfaction.

Fluency in English is required and a third language is preferred. A hospitality diploma or equivalent experience is expected, with prior hotel experience in a similar category.

Key Accountabilities :

• You will supervise the setting up of the service, the smooth running of the activity during the service and ensure that tidying up is carried out in the best possible way once the service has been completed.
• You will promote sales to the customer, with a constant focus on optimizing results.
• Within our restaurant, as Maître d'Hôtel, you will supervise and organize the work of the team under your responsibility.
• Be attentive to customer needs and able to anticipate their requirements and provide appropriate solutions to any problems encountered.
