The Peninsula Paris, located at 19 Avenue Kléber, seeks a Spa Receptionist Supervisor to lead front desk activities in a luxury spa environment. This role focuses on promoting spa services, managing appointments, and maintaining a premium guest experience.

A diploma in hotel management and fluency in English and other languages are required. Prospective candidates will join a prestigious, international team in a city famed for culture and fashion, working on site with a focus on service

Qualifications

Fluent in at least two foreign languages, including English.
Diploma from a hotel school or BTS or equivalent experience.
Experience in a luxury hotel of similar category is preferred.

Responsabilités

Actively promote and sell spa services, building client loyalty.
Handle cashier procedures and cash register accuracy at end of shifts.
Ensure spa visits for customers, VIPs, and members.
Record customer preferences and update the team while respecting confidentiality.
Organize appointments to optimize time management and profitability.
Maintain clean, orderly reception areas at all times.
Contribute to spa team objectives and motivate the team.
Implement reception protocols and regularly update operating guides.
Provide training for new arrivals at the spa reception.
