Job summary

The Peninsula Paris, located at 19 Avenue Kléber, seeks a Spa Receptionist Supervisor to lead front desk activities in a luxury spa environment. This role focuses on promoting spa services, managing appointments, and maintaining a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in at least two foreign languages, including English.
• Diploma from a hotel school or BTS or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel of similar category is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell spa services, building client loyalty.
• Handle cashier procedures and cash register accuracy at end of shifts.
• Ensure spa visits for customers, VIPs, and members.
• Record customer preferences and update the team while respecting confidentiality.
• Organize appointments to optimize time management and profitability.
• Maintain clean, orderly reception areas at all times.
• Contribute to spa team objectives and motivate the team.
• Implement reception protocols and regularly update operating guides.
• Provide training for new arrivals at the spa reception.

Key accountabilities:

• Actively promote and sell spa services by maintaining knowledge of treatments, products, and programs, while building customer loyalty.
• Be responsible for all cashier procedures at the spa reception desk and for the accuracy of cash registers at the end of each shift and each workday.
• Ensure spa visits for all customers, VIPs, and members.
• Systematically record and regularly update customer preferences, communicate important information to the team, while respecting customer confidentiality.
• Organize appointments to optimize time management and profitability, while prioritizing customer needs.
• Ensure that reception areas are clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Contribute to the achievement of the Spa team's objectives, strive to achieve personal goals set by the Spa Director, and motivate the team.
• Implement and enforce protocols by the reception team, while regularly updating manuals and work guides to ensure correct operating procedures.
• Provide training for new arrivals at the spa reception and follow up, in particular by regularly checking their knowledge.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that all customer needs are understood and met.

General Requirements:

• Have similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
