The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Maître d'Hôtel to supervise the Lobby Restaurant in Paris. You will lead the service, ensure smooth operations, and uphold the standards of a Five‑Star luxury property.

You will manage the team, anticipate guest needs, and promote sales while maintaining impeccable guest relations. Fluency in English is required, and experience in a similar hotel is preferred.

Formación

• Fluency in English; a third language is preferred.
• Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and listening ability.
• Rigour and organisational skills.

Key Accountabilities :

• You will supervise the setting up of the service, the smooth running of the activity during the service and ensure that tidying up is carried out in the best possible way once the service has been completed.
• You will promote sales to the customer, with a constant focus on optimizing results.
• Within our restaurant, as Maître d'Hôtel, you will supervise and organize the work of the team under your responsibility.
• Be attentive to customer needs and able to anticipate their requirements and provide appropriate solutions to any problems encountered.
