Job summary

The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Chef Concierge to join Le Lobby, directing all Concierge Desk activities and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting in Paris. You will provide expert information on City attractions and Peninsula offerings, leveraging a strong network to secure preferred access and bespoke reservations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef Concierge, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent knowledge of Paris and its cultural, entertainment, and leisure landscape.
• Well-established network enabling the delivery of personalized recommendations, priority access, ticketing services, and bespoke reservations for guests.

Responsibilities

• Direct the entire activities and operations of the Concierge Desk.
• Responsible for providing information regarding both City and Peninsula Hotel attractions and points of interest.
• Review Guest Feedback Logbook for appropriate follow up in a timely manner.
• Oversee payroll expenses/overtime in accordance with budgetary guidelines and required service levels.
• Responsiblein the preparation of monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts if necessary.
• Provide proper training and exposure within the Concierge department.

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Chef to join our all-day dining restaurant Le Lobby.
