Job summary

The Peninsula Paris in Paris is seeking a Chef Concierge to lead the Concierge Desk and deliver personalized, high‑level guest services in a luxury hospitality setting. You will provide expert information on city attractions and Peninsula experiences, ensuring seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints.

Ideal candidates will have fluent French and English, strong communication skills, and a well‑developed network for bespoke reservations and access to exclusive services for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef Concierge.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the entire activities and operations of the Concierge Desk.
• Provide information regarding Paris attractions and Peninsula Hotel points of interest.
• Review Guest Feedback Logbook for appropriate follow up in a timely manner.
• Oversee payroll expenses/overtime in accordance with budgetary guidelines and required service levels.
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts if necessary.
• Provide proper training and exposure within the Concierge department.

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Chef to join our all-day dining restaurant Le Lobby.

Key Accountabilities

• Direct the entire activities and operations of the Concierge Desk.
• Responsible for providing information regarding both City and Peninsula Hotel attractions and points of interest.
• Review Guest Feedback Logbook for appropriate follow up in a timely manner.

General Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef Concierge, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.

Fluent inFrench and English; a third language is an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Excellent knowledge of Paris and its cultural, entertainment, and leisure landscape.

Well-established network enabling the delivery of personalized recommendations, priority access, ticketing services, and bespoke reservations for guests.
