Responsibilities

• Investigate and root-cause sales opportunities with the General Manager to close gaps.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Strengthen client relationships with daily engagement and coaching.
• Develop workforce solutions to ensure effective sales floor coverage.
• Partner with GM to build and implement Sales & Service strategy.
