ALO in Cannes is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency in-store, working with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and keep daily store operations running smoothly for guests.

The role focuses on inventory management, stockroom standards, visual presentation, scheduling, and team development, while upholding safety and client-centric service that aligns with ALO's guiding principles.

• Experience in a client-centric sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investgate and address inventory accuracy issues with GM as needed.
• Oversee key operations: shipment, receiving, transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards and processes.
• Move across the store to support business needs and guest experience.
