ALO is seeking an Operations Manager in Saint-Tropez to lead store operations, ensuring customer-ready conditions at all times. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, labor planning, scheduling, and adherence to high operational standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will represent the business in leadership meetings, monitor budgets and performance metrics, and drive planning processes with the General Manager. ALO values proactive coaching and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the Manager to expand process or system gaps.
• Champion strong operational standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinates labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls, in partnership with General Manager; review, monitor budgets, reporting and other business data; inform planning processes.
• Lead the Operations team through accountability, coaching, talent development, and effective communication.
• Establish internal and external pipelines through succession planning and recruitment strategy.
• Writes an effective schedule that prioritizes the best business strategy, in partnership with the General Manager.
• Oversees the execution of the Sales and Service Model, protecting operational efficiency; collaborates cross-functionally to support goals.
