Job summary

ALO is seeking a General Manager for its Cannes store to lead, manage and continuously develop all aspects of the business. You will drive sales, profitability, operations, merchandising and a high-performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team aligned with ALO's mission.

As a Business Leader, you will develop retail strategies, optimize customer experience, supervise inventory and staff performance, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous retail store leadership experience.
• Strong team development and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage KPI targets.
• MS Office proficiency and retail POS systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Ensure retail standards, inventory control and flawless store operations.
