Job summary

You will build a high-performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team, align with the brand, and drive profitability. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to translate strategy into store-level results.

You will oversee onboarding, performance management, inventory, and customer engagement, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and adherence to ALO’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, sales, and visual standards to achieve goals.
• Develop and coach Sales, Operations, and Visual teams; set clear KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives to improve conversion, average sale, and uptime.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Ensure inventory integrity, loss prevention, and adherence to policies.
