Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Cannes to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to execute inventory, receiving, replenishment and floor-set initiatives that support overall store operations.

You will maintain visual standards, handle stockroom processes, and move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with the GM to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, expenses, inventory control and vendor relations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guests' needs.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and replenishment.
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and customer satisfaction.
