Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the sales floor through client connection and product education.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and drive results, implementing action plans.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, inventory, and facilities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Recruit and develop talent; manage performance with feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute directives.
