AloYoga in Cannes is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor and lead the team to meet engagement and education targets. You will guide sales initiatives, coach staff, and foster a sanctuary-like environment that differentiates our boutique from other retailers.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will partner with Operations and Visual teams, manage scheduling, budgets, and inventory oversight, and use data to drive growth while maintaining exceptional guest

Responsabilités

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor and assess guest connection and product education.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results and implement action plans for growth.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage budgets, inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to address business, team, and guest needs.
