Jobtailor is seeking a seniorLearning Program Manager to design and lead complex learning initiatives aligned with business priorities in Paris. You will manage a portfolio of learning solutions and partner with HR to identify skills gaps, developing blended pathways that leverage multimodal formats.

You will provide senior expertise in modern pedagogical approaches and monitor key learning KPIs. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a Master’s in HR or related field, and comfort

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR or related field with emphasis on learning.
• 3–5 years minimum in learning program management or similar.
• Experience in international/matrix environments is valued.

Responsabilités

• Design, structure, and lead learning programs and journeys.
• Manage a portfolio of multidimensional learning solutions.
• Support managers and HR in identifying skills needs.
• Develop blended and multimodal learning pathways.
• Provide senior expertise on learning methodologies and pedagogy.
• Monitor and manage learning KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Learning Operations Specialist.
• Create communications to promote the learning offering.
