Jobtailor is seeking a senior Talent Development leader to define, organize and oversee programs across all campuses. You will translate strategic directions into action plans and set an operational roadmap for the Talent Development department.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, HR, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Knowledge of EdTech platforms and digital HR tools.
• Experience in a business school, university, career center, HR or recruitment is a plus.

• Define, organize and oversee Talent Development activities across all campuses
• Translate the School’s strategic directions into concrete action plans
• Establish an operational roadmap for the Talent Development department
• Ensure consistency of programs across campuses
• Structure, formalize and enforce quality standards
• Implement control processes and continuous improvement measures
• Ensure an appropriate level of innovation in line with the School’s strategy
• Manage the department’s activity based on a workload plan
• Provide operational management of the team
• Contribute to the definition of the operational communication plan
