Jobtailor is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with management in deploying HR strategy across sites in France. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation while monitoring skills development and internal mobility.

You will lead HR projects, contribute to comprehensive HR cycles including interviews, salary reviews, training plans, and leverage HR analytics to inform decisions. This role requires strong cross-site collaboration and change management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Experience in a multi-site environment.
• Knowledge of end-to-end HR cycles: interview campaigns, salary reviews, training plans.
• Proficiency in data-driven HR management (HR analytics).
• Experience managing HR tools/projects.

Responsabilités

• Work with managers to implement and deploy HR strategy.
• Monitor skills development and internal mobility.
• Serve as a central point for recruitment and onboarding.
• Contribute to the implementation of Murfy’s HR policies.
• Lead projects to meet HR objectives.
