Back Market seeks a Head of Talent Development to own end-to-end talent systems, performance cycles, and competency frameworks in a fast-growing, international company. You’ll shape the Career Architecture with Talent Acquisition and Rewards, and own Workday Talent and Learning modules as the system owner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent management or development in an international company.
• Hands-on experience with a Workday Talent or Learning deployment as business owner.
• Learning budget ownership and build-vs-buy decisions (vendors, content strategy).
• Experience managing and growing a team of talent/learning professionals.
• Ability to lead without hierarchy with People Partners and senior leaders.
• Excellent English; French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the redesigned Talent Development practice end to end—performance, careers, skills, learning, and succession.
• Land the Career Architecture framework with Talent Acquisition and Rewards.
• Lead the Workday Talent module remaster and Workday Learning deployment as system owner.
• Redesign our learning offer, mapping what, when, and through which channel.
• Manage a team of 2–3 FTE; set roadmap and headcount justification.
• Co-own the Talent hub roadmap with the Head of Talent Acquisition and represent Talent Development in leadership forums.
