Jobtailor is seeking a seniorLearning Program Manager to design and lead complex learning initiatives aligned with business priorities in Paris. You will manage a portfolio of learning solutions and partner with HR to identify skills gaps, developing blended pathways that leverage multimodal formats.

You will provide senior expertise in modern pedagogical approaches and monitor key learning KPIs. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a Master’s in HR or related field, and comfort

• 3–5 years minimum in learning program management or similar.
• Experience in international/matrix environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design, structure, and lead complex learning programs and learning journeys aligned with business priorities
• Manage a portfolio of multidimensional learning solutions
• Support managers and HR teams in identifying skills needs
• Develop blended and multimodal learning pathways
• Provide senior expertise on learning methodologies and innovative pedagogical approaches
• Monitor and manage learning KPIs
• Work in close collaboration with the Learning Operations Specialist
• Design communication materials and campaigns to promote the learning offering

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) preferred in HR, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or equivalent
• Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in learning program management, managing complex learning projects, skills development, or learning consulting
• Experience in an international, matrixed, and fast-transforming environment is highly valued
