Decathlon Digital FR in Paris is seeking a Learning and Development Project Manager Apprentice to help design and deliver digital and onsite learning experiences while supporting global training paths. You will storyboard e-learning content, manage LMS/LXP, and coordinate with international teams, with a focus on achieving impactful talent development.

You must have a Master’s in HR, Instructional Design, or PM and fluent English; prior related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in HR, Instructional Design, or Project Management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for daily interaction with international teams.
• First experience in training, project management, or content creation is a real plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in digital learning design and storyboard of e-learning content.
• Moderate and administer LMS/LXP; analyze engagement data to improve formats.
• Support global project management: gather needs, coordinate deployment of training paths, monitor providers and budgets.
