Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with our Senior P&O Business Partner in France. You will lead the regional HR agenda, coach managers, and promote our corporate culture while handling job offers and employment contracts for direct hires.

You will also support managers with HR tools and onboarding for new joiners. The role requires strong English communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work with diverse, international teams, including remote

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience or related academic background
• Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with business leaders
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Good understanding of HR strategies and French labor law
• Ability to work with diverse, international and remote teams
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
