H.Essers France is seeking an HR Manager to partner with employees, supervisors and managers, focusing on payroll and social legislation and guiding HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will leverage Workday and collaborate with the shared service center, recruitment, and temporary agencies to elevate HR policy and practice.

You will drive talent management, identify training needs, and coach leadership programs while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement with internal clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Manager with payroll and social legislation expertise.
• Ability to guide HR processes from inflow to outflow and organizational changes.
• Strong collaboration with centers of expertise and social partners.

Responsabilités

• Act as a strategic HR partner and first point of contact for employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Coach on HR topics, payroll, and social legislation; drive talent management and training needs.
