H.Essers France (Lissieu) is seeking an HR Manager to act as a strategic HR partner, coach and first point of contact for employees and managers. You will own payroll, social legislation, and HR processes from inflow to outflow while collaborating with our Centers of Expertise to drive organizational change.

You will develop talent, monitor development programs, and work with Workday to manage HR processes centrally.

Qualifications

• Payroll and social legislation expert.
• Experience with HR processes across inflow, through-flow to outflow and organizational changes.
• Experience with talent management, coaching, development assessments.
• Familiarity with Workday HR system.

In France, we have activities at 2 locations; Le Havre and Lissieu. As an HR Manager, you are a strategic partner in HR. In this role, you act as the first point of contact and HR coach for employees, supervisors, team managers and managers.

What this means specifically:

• First of all you are the expert when it comes to payroll and social legislation.
• In addition, you offer solutions regarding HR-related issues in various processes: from inflow, through-flow to outflow and changes in the organizational structure. For this, you work closely together with our internal centers of expertise
• Furthermore, you emerge as an HR professional who, within the framework of talent management, detects training needs. You will also act as a coach and monitor development assessments, leadership programs and traineeships
• You get to work with Workday, our high-performance HR tool, which enables you to manage your processes centrally and efficiently
• Constructive consultation with the social partners in the local consultation is of paramount importance to you
• You keep a helicopter view of your internal customers
• Finally, you are constantly looking for improvement and actively participate in HR projects that offer added value to the business. This enables you to raise the HR policy to a higher level within a fast-growing company that is fully committed to internationalization. To this end, you work closely with your HR colleagues from the shared service center, recruitment and the temporary employment agencies
