Job summary

Steen & Strøm in Paris is seeking an HR Business Partner to help define and implement the France HR strategy, reporting to the France-Belgium HR Director and supporting operations for about 300 employees.

You will partner with managers on talent management, change management, organizational design and employee engagement, supervise a junior HRBP, and collaborate with HR specialists from the Group’s Centers of Expertise.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR partner to managers within your scope and provide HR solutions for individual and collective issues.
• Guide managers and employees to HR solutions while building HR capability among line managers.
• Support annual HR cycle: objectives, performance reviews, development, career discussions, and compensation reviews.
• Manage recruitment activities for your business perimeter with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate internal mobility and career development initiatives.
• Partner with managers on employee engagement, CSR, and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Ensure HR perspective in organizational change initiatives, including evolving roles and training.
• Prepare materials for key employee relations meetings (Works Council, Health & Safety, collective bargaining).
• Participate in social dialogue meetings and coordinate scheduling with HR team.
