Everpure in Paris is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our France operations. You will serve as the primary HR advisor for leaders, translating business needs into actionable people strategies while handling complex employee relations and French Works Council matters.

You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance cycles, collaborating with the wider EMEA HR team to optimize the employee lifecycle and ensure policy compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive background as an HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist in a matrixed tech/sales environment.
• Strong coaching and influencing abilities with a pragmatic, business-minded approach.
• Excellent judgment navigating high-risk employee relations and ambiguity; know when to escalate.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary HR advisor for leaders across France, translating business objectives into people strategies.
• Manage complex employee relations, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues; serve as HR contact for French Works Council (CSE).
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance cycles to foster an inclusive culture and drive business results.
• Implement global and regional HR programs, optimize employee lifecycle and HR processes in collaboration with EMEA HR Operations.
• Work primarily from the Paris office in compliance with Everpure policies.
