Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to grow and support our top hospitality customers in France. You will own relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders, drive growth, adoption, and long-term value across a hybrid Paris-based role.

You will use data and feedback to optimize the customer journey, partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams, and lead quarterly reviews to ensure robust retention and expansion in our SaaS platform.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Experience with enterprise customers and SaaS metrics (NRR, adoption, renewals).
• Strong ownership, hands-on, data-driven with relationship management skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as main contact for top hospitality customers in France.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
• Increase product usage and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Lead quarterly business reviews and success plans.
• Analyze usage data and health scores to mitigate risks early.
• Build relationships with C-level stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Collect feedback and share product gaps to optimize the journey.
