Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager, Capital based in Paris to join our Financial Services team. You will partner with a portfolio of hospitality merchants, acting as a trusted advisor to scale and streamline their operations using Lightspeed Capital.

You will drive merchant growth, build strategic relationships, and manage deal cycles from negotiation to closing, collaborating with regional leadership to reach expansion targets. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• B2B account management or sales experience in fintech, SaaS or financial services is a strong asset.
• Strong consultative communication and relationship-building with merchant owners and executives.
• Growth mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Drive merchant growth by understanding financial needs and presenting Lightspeed Capital solutions.
• Build strategic relationships with portfolio merchants as a trusted advisor.
• Lead deal cycles: negotiate and close financial contracts to support portfolio growth.
