Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager, Capital, based in Paris, to partner with hospitality merchants and help scale operations via Lightspeed Capital. You will drive growth, manage deal cycles, and build strategic relationships while collaborating with regional leadership to meet targets and expand the portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring B2B account management or sales experience, strong consultative communication, and fluency in French and English. Fintech/SaaS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• B2B account management or sales experience with client relationships.
• Clear ability to articulate financial concepts to merchants and executives.
• Growth mindset with initiative and openness to feedback.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant growth by understanding financial needs and presenting Lightspeed Capital solutions.
• Build strategic relationships and identify financing opportunities aligned with merchant goals.
• Lead deal cycles: negotiate and close financial contracts to grow and retain portfolios.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify expansion opportunities and meet targets.
