Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to develop and support our hospitality enterprise customers in France.

You will act as the main contact for large hospitality clients, driving growth, product adoption, and strong stakeholder management within your portfolio. Based in Paris with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate cross-functionally and leverage data to create value at the enterprise level, strengthening Lightspeed as a long-term strategic

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment, enterprise focus.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, adoption, expansions, renewals, churn).
• Hands-on, data-driven, ownership mindset with excellent relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for largest hospitality customers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, retention and product adoption.
• Increase product usage and grow Net Revenue Retention across portfolio.
